Before your first visit, it is important for you to contact your insurance company and ask about coverage for out-of-network providers. Some clients have been successful in submitting receipts from these services for out-of-network coverage. Services must be paid for at the time of your appointment. We request payment at the time of your visit. Please be aware of the details of your insurance coverage before your first visit.
All patients are required to provide a credit, debit, or HSA card which will be charged for services. We require an advance notice for cancellations by clients. All clients must contact us to change appointments or cancellations no less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to the full session fee, as we set aside this time especially for you.
All major credit, debit, and HSA cards are accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee, since the appointment time will be specifically set aside for you.
