Pricing and Insurance
I am considered an out of network provider.
Insurance companies often dictate the length and number of sessions, type of treatment, and have diagnosis requirements. They also have access to your personal health information. Without insurance, we have more flexibility to tailor treatment to your individual needs.
Before your first visit, it is important for you to contact your insurance company and ask about coverage for out-of-network providers. Some clients have been successful in submitting receipts from these services for out-of-network coverage. Services must be paid for at the time of your appointment. We request payment (or copay if applicable) at the time of your visit. Please be aware of the details of your insurance coverage before your first visit.
All patients are required to provide a credit, debit, or HSA card which will be charged for services. We require an advance notice for cancellations by clients. All clients must contact us to change appointments or cancellations no less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
All major credit, debit, and HSA cards are accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 fee, since the appointment time will be specifically set aside for you.
